If you observe all rules and exploration conditions of the furniture, the guaranteed term is 24 months from the date of manufacture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If used correctly under normal conditions during the warranty period, we will fix manufacturing defects free of charge, and if it is impossible to fix the defect, we will replace the defective part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon receiving the furniture, the Buyer must check<\/strong> glass and mirrors (if ordered) for integrity, the integrity of the product packaging, and the parts inside the package. In case of packaging damage - check the quantity and completeness of the contents.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n

\r\n

Before assembling the furniture by the buyer<\/strong>, it is necessary to check the parts for defects (chips, scratches, color consistency of all product elements). If a defect is found - pause assembly, because furniture parts with signs of assembly are not subject to return or exchange. Keep the factory packaging until assembly is complete, because defect replacement is only done in the factory packaging. The warranty is void if the replacement part has already been installed or there are obvious signs that the part has been used, for example: a screw was screwed in, a hole was made, etc. After assembly is complete, keep the purchase receipt and labeling tags from the packaging until the end of the warranty period.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n\n

Furniture made of laminated particleboard (PB) is intended for use and storage in dry and warm rooms.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Do not expose furniture fronts to heat above +70\u00b0C (open oven, burning burners, heated stove, lighting devices and heaters, hot steam, etc.), as this may cause deformation, peeling, and delamination of the film.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

To prevent deformation and color changes on PB or MDF furniture surfaces, edges on ends and metal elements (handles, profile) should be protected from moisture and direct sunlight.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

When relocating furniture in a living space, first remove items from it. For significant moves, it is recommended to remove doors, internal shelves, and drawers. Move the furniture by holding the side panels and bottom, slightly lifting it off the floor beforehand.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Do not use cleaning agents containing aggressive chemicals (acetone, laundry powders, paint solvents, as well as agents with abrasive materials).<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Do not allow moisture to reach the end parts of furniture covered with film, edging (mechanically processed chamfers of parts), as this leads to particleboard swelling.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects
(subject to compliance with the operating instructions):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n-<\/strong> peeling or cracks, stains of the paint coating due to the Manufacturer's fault;
\r\n-<\/strong> uneven painting or color change not related to operating conditions;
\r\n-<\/strong> manufacturing defects of the coating (veneer peeling, lacquer cracks);
\r\n-<\/strong> veneer peeling from the MDF base without external influence;
\r\n-<\/strong> PVC film peeling (MDF fronts with PVC film) without external influence;
\r\n-<\/strong> surface blistering under normal operating conditions (MDF fronts with PVC film).
\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The warranty does not apply if:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the rules and conditions for storage and use of the furniture are violated;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> furniture restoration and repair were carried out by the Buyer independently;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> furniture is damaged due to pets, exposure to moisture, steam, direct sunlight, aggressive liquids, temperature fluctuations, as well as signs of careless use;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the product or its components have been modified by the Buyer;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> mechanical damage occurred during transportation or use;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> products were altered or modified by third parties;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> scratches, chips, abrasions formed after receiving the product;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> discoloration, change of tone or paint gloss due to natural aging or environmental influence;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> warranty period has expired;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> no document confirming the purchase of the product by the Buyer;\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Please carefully read the above conditions before starting the assembly and use of the product.
Failure to comply with the conditions may result in the loss of warranty obligations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furniture Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

\r\n

\r\nThe Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase, to exchange for a similar item or return the purchased product (furniture), if the packaging, factory labels are not damaged, it has not been used, not assembled (mounted), its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, the purchase receipt issued to the buyer with the product is available, and it is not on the list of products that the factory does not accept for return (not made to order).

\r\n\r\nYou will be denied a product exchange or refund if:<\/strong>

\r\n\u2022<\/strong> more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product subject to exchange or return;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the product subject to return is not new, i.e., it has been assembled (mounted), original packaging or factory labels are damaged;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the product is included in the list not subject to exchange (made to individual order);
\r\n\r\nThese conditions are drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and do not infringe on the legal rights of the Buyer.
\r\n\r\nExcerpt from the List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return), according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 N 172:
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> lumber, moldings (baseboards, trims), sheet materials (fiberboard and particleboard, plywood) and glass, cut or trimmed to the size specified by the buyer (customer).\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Claims. Conditions for submitting claims:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the claim must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment by email: claims@vip-master.ua);
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> mandatory data for claim consideration: Manufacturer's order number and date of receipt, photo\/video of the defect from different angles, description of the problem, photo of the part in question, contact details for feedback;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> if a part or hardware is missing \u2013 indicate the part according to the product assembly instructions, photo of the label, photo of the packaging (overall view and place of damage);
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> the review period is up to 10 working days from the moment full information is received.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

Claims are accepted only if the purchase receipt, the product itself or individual elements, and the \"original packaging\" are available.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n\n

Claims will not be considered if:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\u2022<\/strong> deadlines for submitting a claim or operating rules are violated;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> a complete set of documents\/evidence and other required materials is not provided;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> defects are not manufacturing defects or occurred due to external factors;
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> mechanical damage is found after delivery to the Buyer by carrier services (Nova Poshta, Delivery, etc.);
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> if there are signs of part assembly (a screw was screwed in, a hole was made, etc.) \u2013 claims regarding incorrect color, size, or model will not be considered.
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> claims arising from incorrect assembly, delivery, and lifting (by the Buyer independently) or due to improper use are to be resolved at the Buyer's expense.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Claim cases:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

\r\nDamaged PB edge, chips, etc.; incorrect drilling of holes; mismatched hardware; incorrect labeling or incomplete set; color mismatch according to the order.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

From the moment the goods are loaded onto the transport vehicle, the responsibility for the preservation, integrity, and safe transportation of the furniture lies with the customer (or their authorized carrier).<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n\n

Details that will help you determine the quality of the received product.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n\n

\r\n1. On the front part of the product, the following are not allowed:<\/strong>
\r\n-<\/strong> coating (film) peeling;
\r\n-<\/strong> scratches, dents, abrasions visible during frontal inspection from a distance of 0.5 m;
\r\n-<\/strong> specks (inclusions), spot blistering with a radius greater than 1.5 mm.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\r\n

\r\n2. On the front part of the product, the following are allowed:<\/strong>
\r\n-<\/strong> minor scratches with a total length up to 0.5 mm, visible during frontal inspection from a distance of 0.5 m;
\r\n-<\/strong> dents up to 0.5 mm deep and 1.5 mm long, but no more than 2 defects per 0.2 m\u00b2 of the product;
\r\n-<\/strong> specks (inclusions), spot blistering with a radius up to 1 mm, but no more than 3 defects per 0.2 m\u00b2 of the product.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\r\n3. On the inner side of the part, the following are allowed:<\/strong>
\r\n-<\/strong> laminate chips up to 1.5 mm, but no more than 2 chips per 0.2 m\u00b2 of the product;
\r\n-<\/strong> minor scratches, not visible from a distance of 0.5 m during frontal inspection;
\r\n-<\/strong> technological holes.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We would like to draw<\/strong> your attention to the fact that the VIP Master factory adjusts the conditions of return of the goods.  Due to the significant expansion of the range of kitchen products, there is no warehouse program for commodity residues.  Practically all production is made under the order of the client.  This means that the ability to return goods to customers is limited.  In particular, all painted facades: “Amore Classic”, “BRAVO”, “Flat”, “Margo”, “Color-Mix” – are not refundable! The possibility of returning another range can be considered individually.  The VIP Master factory reserves the right to permit \/ prohibit the return of goods from the buyer or to correct orders already made.  Detailed information on the whole range, on terms of fulfillment of orders, on guarantees, etc. is in the “VIP Master” factory operating instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions for use of fronts.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

\r\nFronts are installed on cabinet furniture, which is used in dry rooms that are not subject to temperature fluctuations, ventilated, heated, with air temperature not lower than +10 \u00b0C and not higher than +30 \u00b0C, and relative humidity of 45-60%. \r\n<\/p>

\r\nSignificant deviations from these parameters lead to deterioration of front quality and damage to the furniture.\r\nFronts should be protected from mechanical damage caused by sharp hard objects or abrasive materials.\r\n<\/p>

\r\nProduct acceptance for quality is carried out according to European standards for furniture fronts: in a room with daylight, at a distance of 60 cm from the front, at a tilt angle of the front to the observer\u2019s line of sight of 70-90 degrees, and an inspection time of 10 seconds.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\u2022<\/strong> Fronts must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding +70 \u00b0C or below -15 \u00b0C.
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> Fronts must not be exposed to aggressive substances: acids, solvents, alcohol, acetone, gasoline, and similar.
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> It is not recommended to expose fronts to prolonged hot air (infrared radiation), for example: an oven left open for a long time while heated, evaporation of boiling liquids without an exhaust system, close placement of portable heaters in cold weather.
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> It is not recommended to expose fronts to prolonged direct sunlight (ultraviolet).
\r\n\u2022<\/strong> It is not recommended to remove the protective film from fronts until furniture installation is complete.\r\n<\/p>

\r\nFailure to follow the above requirements leads to discoloration, melting, cracking, peeling from the surface and edges of the fronts, and changes in geometry (warping).\r\n<\/p>

\r\nPlease note: even with all operating conditions met, painted or PVC fronts may change color over time (fading due to sunlight or artificial light sources).\r\n<\/p>

\r\nThe manufacturer guarantees the same shade of PVC film decor and paint color on all MDF fronts from the same batch, ordered with a single order form. Differences in PVC film decor shades and paint colors on MDF fronts from different batches are not considered defects and are not subject to rework. \r\n<\/p>

\r\nPlease note that to manufacture additional fronts of a painted segment, a sample from the main order must be provided.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n\n

The factory reserves the right to make changes to the set, design, and color shades of the products, provided they do not affect their primary purpose.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
